Me and my office mate decided to try the crocodile sausage today for lunch after seeing the mini-poster at the stall. (We had normal sausage sandwiches yesterday.)Choice of bread or rice

It tasted like hungarian sausage but the texture of the meat was different from regular sausage. It was crumbly. It also had some sort of aftertaste to me, it's neither pleasant nor unpleasant, but I can't really describe how it was.
